- Mail us your FAITH Guaranteed item (Make sure you get a tracking number!)
- Be sure to take the time to share your most awesome, diabolical, freedom fighting, beer drinking, Merica lovin', holy hell did that just happen...but still true story with us when you mail in your FAITH Guarantee and you might get highlighted on the FAITH Guarantee BY THE GRACE OF GOD! Wall.

“I ordered the wrong size, can I get the right size?”
Just send your item back to us, and let us know what size you need. We've got you covered.
“I can’t find my shirt on your website anymore, can I still get it?”
We will do our best to get you the same shirt. In case we don’t have it, we will exchange it for a INNERACTIVE shirt of your choice of equal or lesser value!
“My shirt was lost/stolen, can I still Beer Guarantee it?”
Unfortunately, we do need the item sent back to us to honor the FAITH Guarantee.
“Can I just get a refund?”
INNERACTIVE will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per INNERACTIVE discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 60 days of receipt
“Will you send me a return label to send my FAITH Guarantee to you?”
You will need to cover the shipping when sending your FAITH Guarantee to INNERACTIVE Design. We will cover the shipping when we send your new shirt.
“How long does it take to process my Faith Guarantee?”
Once we receive your FAITH Guarantee in the mail, all packages will enter a quarantine for 3 business days due to COVID-19 precautions. Once that quarantine process is over, you can expect to hear from our team within 72 business hours to begin your process
“How will I know you received my FAITH Guarantee?”
When sending us your package, make sure you get a tracking number. This will be the number one way to make sure we receive it. INNERACTIVE Design is not responsible for items that are lost in transit back to us. Once we receive your FAITH Guarantee you will hear from our team within 72 hours.
“I have a custom order, can I still do a FAITH Guarantee?”
Custom items are eligible for the standard FAITH Guarantee on an individual consumer basis. For overall custom orders, no refunds will be provided if the order delivered as described in the custom order agreement.
